Putting the distressing incident behind her, the 19-year-old reality starlet was all smiles as she headed to dinner with her sibling. Sweeping her freshly dyed blonde locks into a high ponytail, Kylie was a vision of beauty as she stepped out, accentuating her flawless features with some expert contouring.

Complementing her tanned complexion, Kylie donned a baby blue mini dress that highlighted her tiny waist and featured a scooping neckline that showed off her ample cleavage. 

With the hem grazing her thighs, the star also showed off her lean legs, which were elongated by a pair of patent nude heels. 

Keeping her accessories simple, she finished off the look with a pair of dazzling diamond stud earrings.
