Two topless Times Square performers attack man, 70, and douse him in coffee for 'sneaking a picture of them without giving a tip'

A 70-year-old man was punched in the eye and had a cup of steaming hot coffee poured over him after a dispute with two topless performers in Times Square.
Daniel Rodriguez was attacked after one of the nude women thought he was filming her while she was on a meal break.

The naked woman - whose modesty was protected only by stars and stripes painted on her chest - ran off after the incident but another performer Tarrah Merill, 18, was arrested at the scene after she got involved, according to the New York Daily News.
She has been charged with felony assault against a person 65 or older.
Mr Rodriguez, a retired plumber, said the incident on Saturday evening was the result of a huge misunderstanding.
'I was with my girlfriend,' he said. 'I was taking videos of sightseers and the colorful costumed characters. She thought I was taking video of her.'
The performers, known as desnudas - after the Spanish word for naked ladies - spend hours in Times Square seeking to elicit money from tourists.
