FUTMinna clinic burnt down after student died following staff's refusal to treat him

There was pandemonium at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, Bosso Campus, last night, after a student died, due to the insistence of medical personnel to see his I.D card before attending to him.
According to multiple reports, Olamilekan Emmanuel fell while playing football in the male hostel. He was rushed to the school Clinic nearby. The medical personnel, however, refused to treat him because he didn't have his ID card on him and he eventually died.
Students then got angry and went on a rampage, proceeding to burn down the clinic buildings.
