More than one famous face. Michael Douglas’ oldest son, Cameron Douglas, has quietly been released from prison, and he’s been showing off his buff body and new ink, including tattoos of his dad Michael and grandfather Kirk’s faces on his stomach.
The Mr. Nice Guy actor, 37, spent nearly seven years
behind bars and is now living in a halfway house, according to reports.
He resurfaced in New York City on Monday, August 1, and was spotted
strolling through the city with Brazilian yoga instructor Viviane
Thibes. The actor looked muscular in a fitted blue T-shirt and jeans,
along with a pair of red-rimmed glasses.
The tattoo of Michael appears to be a re-creation of the
actor’s Oscar-winning role as Gordon Gecko — complete with the
suspenders — in the 1987 movie Wall Street.
Cameron was sentenced to five
years in prison in April 2010, but his sentence was extended in 2011
when he pleaded guilty to smuggling heroin and other drugs into jail
with the help of his girlfriend at the time and his lawyer. He was
scheduled for release in 2018, but he was granted an early release,
according to Page Six. It appears the National Lampoon’s Adam & Eve actor has been free since late June, as he’s been posting Instagram photos for the past five weeks.
Cameron is the son of Michael and his first wife Diandra Morrell Douglas. The couple divorced in 2000 after 23 years of marriage. The Basic Instinct actor married Catherine Zeta-Jones later the same year. They are now parents of Dylan, 15, and Carys, 13.
