ready to take the final step! Caitlyn Jenner will undergo full gender
reassignment surgery this coming fall, In Touch reports. The transgender
reality star has been very vocal about not wanting to date until her anatomy
matched her new identity, and now it looks like she will go under the knife and
make it happen. "She's been talking to her doctors and she's finally
ready. She's turning 67 in October and is looking at this as a birthday present
to herself," a source dished to the mag. The I Am Cait star went back and
forth about having the sex organ procedure in the past, but there's no turning
back after this. "She already feels like a woman both mentally and
physically, but she wants to do this," the source added. This takes some
serious bravery.
