Did I Open Myself To Possession?

Location:California United States
I found this site yesterday after having an experience just before going to bed.
Two nights ago I was up late, it was around 2 am and I had just decided to go to sleep.
I live in a studio apartment with my girlfriend so when I am in bed I can see pretty much the whole apartment except for the restroom and everything seemed fine, no strange shadows or anything.
I decided to listen to my ipod before going to sleep and put the covers over my head so that the light from the screen wouldn't bother my girlfriend, I was laying on my back with the covers completely covering my head when I felt a hot breath on my right ear. At first I wasn't sure if it was real, but the more I thought about it the more sure I was that it was something else, not my girlfriend, who was facing the other way.
At this point I was very conscious of my body, where my hands were, the way my legs were laid out, the way I was breathing, everything.
I started feeling scared and kept listening to my ipod just to break the silence and keep my thoughts away from the breath I felt on my ear when I noticed that my left thumb was making circles in the air. I quickly caught myself and moved my hand to my chest wondering how it was that I didn't know my hand and thumb were moving. A couple of minutes later I noticed that my right hand had moved on its own as well, and I caught myself and moved it back to where it was.
I don't mean to say that something was moving my hands, I'm pretty sure it was me, but I don't have any recollection of my hands physically moving, one second my hand was on my chest, the next it was in the air, as if for a split second I lost control of my body and regained it a second later.
I stayed awake for another hour or so but nothing happened and I eventually went to bed.
The next night (last night) I was sleeping and had two horrible dreams, I mean terrifying.
And in between those two dreams I had sleep paralysis, once my body and once I couldn't turn my head, but I could speak and made grunting sounds to help free myself.
During one of the dreams I heard myself saying "no!" and "stop it!", this was a dream where I inadvertently opened myself up for demonic possession. If you want to know about the dreams I can post them as a comment but I don't really want to go into them here.
What is going on? Has anyone experienced anything like this? Can I do anything?
